1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or registering an account on the fearwin platform at fearwin.app, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the fearwin platform from time to time (collectively, the "Agreement").

This Agreement is entered into between you, the individual player, and fearwin, the operator of the fearwin platform. If you are accessing fearwin on behalf of another person or a corporate entity, you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to bind that person or entity to this Agreement.

fearwin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Where a change is material, fearwin will provide reasonable notice via the registered email address associated with your account or via a prominent notice on the fearwin platform. Your continued use of fearwin after such notice constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions periodically.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the fearwin platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. You must satisfy all of the following conditions to open and maintain a fearwin account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. fearwin is strictly an adults-only platform. Players found to be under 18 will have their accounts immediately closed and any funds held pending investigation.
• You must be a natural person — corporate accounts are not permitted for standard player activity.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, agent, or close family member of fearwin or any of its affiliated game providers or payment partners.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not currently be subject to any self-exclusion order on the fearwin platform.

fearwin conducts age verification checks as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit a copy of your National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate to confirm your date of birth before withdrawals are enabled. Providing false age information is a serious breach of these terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

3. Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Registration Requirements

To use fearwin's real-money services, you must complete the registration process via the fearwin Login page. During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Bangladesh mobile number, and a valid email address. You must notify fearwin promptly of any changes to your registered details.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the fearwin platform. Duplicate accounts — regardless of whether they use the same or different personal details — are strictly prohibited. If fearwin identifies duplicate accounts associated with the same individual, fearwin reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated bonuses, and withhold withdrawals pending investigation. Only the first verified account will be considered legitimate.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fearwin account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. fearwin will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or telephone. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorised by you unless you notify fearwin immediately that your account has been compromised.

fearwin strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via your registered Bangladesh mobile number. This provides an additional layer of protection against unauthorised access. fearwin accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

3.4 KYC Verification

fearwin operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme consistent with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practices. You may be required to submit identity documents including:

• A copy of your Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) or valid passport
• Proof of address (e.g., a utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot confirming your bKash or Nagad account is registered in your name)

KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed. fearwin may request additional documentation at any time. Failure to provide requested documents within 14 calendar days may result in account suspension.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

fearwin accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT) only. Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, and BRAC Bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳50. fearwin does not charge deposit fees; however, standard transaction charges levied by your mobile money provider or bank may apply.

Deposits are credited to your fearwin account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. In the event of a technical delay, deposits are typically resolved within two (2) hours. If your deposit has not appeared after two hours, contact fearwin support at [email protected] with your transaction reference number.

All deposited funds must be used for genuine gambling activity on the fearwin platform. fearwin reserves the right to investigate and decline deposits that appear to be structured for money laundering or other illicit purposes.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability. fearwin processes withdrawal requests within 15 minutes for verified accounts during operating hours (9 AM–10 PM Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6, seven days a week).

Requests submitted outside operating hours are queued and processed at the start of the next operating window. fearwin does not charge withdrawal fees. Your payment provider may apply standard transfer charges.

fearwin reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals, withdrawals above ৳50,000, or where unusual account activity has been identified. Fraudulent withdrawal requests will be declined and may result in permanent account closure.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on fearwin are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). fearwin does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency. There is no currency conversion on the fearwin platform — your balance, bets, winnings, and bonuses are all denominated in BDT.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

fearwin offers bonuses and promotional rewards to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside the relevant promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game eligibility restrictions, expiry dates, and maximum withdrawal limits derived from bonus funds. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your fearwin account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in the terms of each individual promotion. Wagering is calculated based on real-money bets placed on eligible games; bets placed on games excluded from a promotion do not count towards wagering requirements. fearwin publishes a full list of excluded games alongside each promotion.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

fearwin operates a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding bonus abuse. Actions constituting bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once; using bonus funds primarily on games with very high RTP to minimise wagering risk; coordinating with other players to exploit bonus terms; and any other pattern of play that fearwin reasonably determines is designed to exploit promotional offers rather than engage in genuine recreational gambling. Where bonus abuse is identified, fearwin reserves the right to void bonus funds, reverse associated winnings, and close the account.

5.4 Promotion Availability

fearwin promotions are available to eligible Bangladesh players aged 18 and above. fearwin reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or extend any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. Players subject to responsible gaming restrictions (e.g., deposit limits or self-exclusion) may be excluded from promotional offers.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Certified RNG and Live Dealer Games

6.5 Collusion and Match Fixing

Any player found to be involved in collusion, chip dumping, match fixing, or any other form of fraudulent activity on the fearwin platform will have their account permanently closed and all funds forfeited. fearwin cooperates with relevant authorities and may report suspected fraud or match-fixing activity to appropriate bodies.

7. Responsible Gaming Obligations

fearwin is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Bangladesh players. By accepting these terms, you acknowledge the following:

• You accept full responsibility for the amounts you choose to wager and acknowledge that gambling involves risk of financial loss.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your fearwin account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving your request, fearwin will process the closure within five (5) working days. Any verified withdrawable balance in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method after applicable KYC checks are completed.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by fearwin

fearwin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration or KYC information
• Suspected or confirmed underage gambling (player is under 18 years of age)
• Suspected or confirmed bonus abuse, collusion, chip dumping, or match fixing
• Suspected or confirmed money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity
• Chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversal of deposits without valid grounds
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more
• Any court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring account suspension

8.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or real-money wager has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. fearwin will attempt to notify you via your registered email address before applying an inactivity administration fee. The inactivity fee is ৳200 per month and is deducted from the dormant account balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player. fearwin will not deduct inactivity fees from an account whose balance is already zero.

8.4 Disputes and Complaints

If you have a complaint about any fearwin service, product, or decision, you should first contact the fearwin support team at [email protected] with full details of your complaint. fearwin aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within five (5) working days. If you are not satisfied with fearwin's response, you may escalate your complaint by submitting a formal written request to the same email address, marked "Formal Complaint — Escalation". fearwin will provide a final written decision on all escalated complaints within 14 calendar days.

8.5 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fearwin's aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from or related to these Terms & Conditions or the use of the fearwin platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. fearwin is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of the fearwin platform.

8.6 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. fearwin operates as an online entertainment platform serving Bangladesh players. By using fearwin, you agree that any dispute that cannot be resolved through fearwin's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration before a mutually agreed arbitrator, with proceedings conducted in English.
